Commercial Items (JAN 1999), the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Past Performance; 2) Personnel qualifications based on SOW; 3) Price. Past performance and personnel qualifications based on SOW when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Prior to Contract Award, the government reserves the right to review the resumes and conduct perfomance interviews on command Chapel Organ of contractor employees to be performing under contract solely for the purpose of ascertaining their qualifications relative to the personnel qualification terms of the contract. Accordingly, the contractor shall furnish such resumes and all professional requirements as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) to the Purchasing Agent along with their quote. This acquisition is restricted to small business sources. All interested Bidders must submit a quotation plus Resumes to Patty Jo Hargis, Naval Medical Center San Diego, Material Management D ept., Acquisitions Division, 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA 92134, by FAX (619) 532-5596 or by email patty.hargis@med.navy.mil. Award will be based on: Overall professional training and experience of the candidate as a chapel organist; perception of the candidate as a team player who can edify and be edified by the Pastoral Care Directorate team; and overall evaluation of package to include all of the above. All quotations must be received on or before close of business Aug 27, 2007. The government will only consider firm fixed price quotations.
