Description

The Government is interested in leasing approximately 6,900 rentable sq.ft. yielding 6,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in NASHVILLE, TN. This space is required no later than JUNE 17, 2008. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within or directly on the following geographic boundaries: North: Interstate 440; East: Interstate 24, South: Old Hickory Boulevard (Rte 254); and West: Interstate 65. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for a contiguous floor plan space (1st floor desired) in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a corporate professional image. Elevators required if space is above or below grade. 24-7 access required with adequate utility facilities. Overall dimensions of non-obstructive interior space shall offer agency an efficient office lay-out. Interest in this task should be directed to Gwen ?Dusty?
