Description

Construction of a 6,475 SF Main Office on a CONTROLLED SITE of 104,544 SF for lease back to the United States Postal Service. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: site clearing, earth work, site utilities, site improvements, concrete paving, and landscaping. Work also includes: concrete foundation and slab on grade, masonry veneer on wood framing, typical interior finishout, loading dock equipment, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning complete and ready to use in accordance with the plans and specifications.
