- This is a combined Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS is 333120. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This requirement is for a VACstar Model VS500 Hoist vacuum (or Equal) Specs are as follows: Water Pressure: PSI/GPM 2000PSI/4 GPM, 2-stage washable filter 10 microns Spoils tank 535 gal, Water tank capacity 250 gal. If the product does not meet the required specifications at delivery, the equipment will be picked up by the contractor at his/her expense and no payment will be made on the purchase order. Should sufficient funds become available, the government intends to award a Purchase Order. If funds do not become available by 30 Sep 2007 no award will be made.
