Line Item 0001: Description: Contractor shall provide SONY HDR-SR5 AVC HD 40gb Hard-Disc Handycam Camcorder, 1/3. Fort Wainwrigh t, Alaska 99703. Delivery: 26 Oct 2007. Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Offerors shall provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, with quotes Offeror shall include a completed copy of DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate, if applicable or complete this document in http: orca.bpn.gov.
