Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-07-T-0041 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated prov ision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 under NAICS Code 334519 (FSC 6655) with number of employees not exceeding 500. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The US Army Corps of Engineers Vicks burg District, Hydraulics Branch has a requirement for data collection equipment. This procurement may be quoted by filling in the blanks under each line item below. Be NOAA/NESS certified GPS time management required A means to setup and test the unit from a PC or PDA . Allow non SDI-12 sensors to interface to the system. Terminal block connector should provide interface for SDI-12 sensors with individual wires, plus connection points for non SDI-12 analog and digital sensors. The Contractor shall submit the following information with his quote: 1. A completed copy of the above listed Line Items with the appropriate blanks filled in and the guaranteed delivery date of the items. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote is determined to offer the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote to the Government of those offerors who are able to furnish all of the equipment listed above. Quotes should b e on an all or nothing basis, meaning that only one award will be made for all required items. Award will not be made to any offeror who is unable to supply all required items. The Clause 52.212-2, EvaluationCommercial Items is applies to this acquisi tion. Offeror shall submit with his/her quotation sufficient technical literature, brochures, etc. to enable the Government to determine that the items offered are technically acceptable.
