Description

The National Park Service (NPS), Harpers Ferry Center, Media Assets Group is soliciting proposals for an on-site photo processor. The Media Assets Group provides the management of Digital Imaging for the NPS Web Catalog Project which is mandated to capture digital images of a minimum of 7,500 significant park objects each year for up to five years. The offeror will be required to process the NPS cataloged collection object RAW images into a digital format. The offeror must be able to operate photographic processing and duplication equipment including a personal computer with Adobe 9.0 Photoshop CS2 with Adobe Bridge, IMatch software to process and manipulate the images, and a Reflex 4 DVD duplication machine. The work shall be performed on-site at the Willow Springs facility located in Charles Town, West Virginia. The Government anticipates award of one Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price labor hour on-site contract. Award is anticipated on or before October 30, 2007. The contract will be negotiated for one year with priced options for four additional years. The minimum workload is 500 hours with a maximum workload limit of 2080 hours for each 12-month period. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) Website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around September 4, 2007. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. NAICS CODE IS 812921, PHOTOFINISHING, SIZE STANDARD OF $6.5 MILLION AVERAGE ANNUAL RECEIPTS FOR AN OFFEROR'S PRECEEDING THREE FISCAL YEARS.
