Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate with GR-Group, on a Sole Source basis for a firm, fixed price purchase order of the following: Item 001: Two (2) T-Slot enclosure kits. Item 002: Contractor shall provide field verification services to insure the exact dimensions of the T-Slot enclosures prior to fabrication. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12, and 13 will be used. Only one award will be made from this solicitation via the issuance of a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition order. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-07-0374. This is only a notice of intent, not a notice to request.
