Description

The objective of this requirement is to obtain contractor support for document archiving to a dedicated archival server and LAN administration. The document archiving will be performed for United Nations Command Armistice negotiations documents that are stored in Connexes located on Camps Bonifas and Kim. The archiving process shall be conducted in the Contractor office at Camps Bonifas and Bonifas by the contractor. These documents will be digitized and managed electronically on a dedicated storage server. The documents shall be archived in a way that authorized personal can locate documents by conducting word searches. The LAN Administration Area of coverage will include all of the United Nations Command Local Area Network Located at Yongsan, JSA, Unification Observatory located on the East Coast, and Observation Post Dora located on the West Coast. Contractor shall pay all TDY costs and expenses when travel is required at deployed locations within Korea twice a year for UFL and RSO&I. The UNC network consists the following: One server One server is an unclassified server that is limited to only 5-10 users The server supports 65-75 users on the LAN. 5 digital senders 20 - 25 printers 10 scanners 85-100 workstations and notebooks CENTRIX-K support for up to 20 users SWAN-K support for up to 10 users 13- STE Phones and card management. 2 TOCs logistically located on the DMZ and Seoul Korea Support 2 USFK military exercises ( UFL, RSOI 07) The contractor shall provide dedicated, professional, on-site personnel in support of the following Task Areas: IT Operations and Maintenance Integration Services Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance Digital Government Software Development The period of performance for this task is as follows: Base Period: 27 September 2007  26 September 2008 Option 1: 27 September 2008  26 September 2009 Option 2: 27 September 2009  26 September 2010 Option 3: 27 September 2010  26 September 2011 Option 4: 27 September 2011  26 September 2012
