- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items, Line Item 001: Sectera Wireline Terminal; Provides type 1 FNBDT End-to-End High assurance secure voice capability. Includes auto sensing, auto ranging power supply, Nort American power cable, telephone cord, user manual, and two year warranty. P/N 1DGT19 07XA. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitatio n; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912J3-07-T-1002. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be reg istered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17 a nd DFARS Change Notice 2003-1001.
