- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure from Universal Technical Resource Service 950 Kings HWY Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, Program Support Services. This sole source action is being processed solely for the purpose to insure continuity of services to avoid interruption of Program support which could negatively impact Fleet readiness. The period of performance for this action is 30 September 2007 through 31 December 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
