Description: A One-Time Waiver (OTW) has been granted to Stewart & Stevenson, Tactical Vehicle Systems, LP (TVSLP) for items and contracts contained in TVSLP's OTW request. This action is taken under authority delegated to the Director, Defense Contract Management Agency, for broad-based Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and OTW requests.
