Description
The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for an Xcelera base to advanced extension software upgrade with components. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Phili ps Medical System North America, 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Post Office Box 3003, Bothell, WA 98041-3003. 1 each product #: NCTA510, Advanced Brain Perfusion License package designed for the Brilliance Workspace environment that differentiates areas of increased blood volume and decreased blood flow and presents the information in a summary map. Provides excl usive motion correction, noise reduction and improved ease of use. Using serial CT scans obtained with intravenous injection of contrast, the Brain Perfusion package derives perfusion information from the time-density curves based on the uptake of injecte d contrast material and subsequent tissue enhancement (or lack of). The package generates quantitative color maps of cerebral blood flow (CBF), cerebral blood volume (CBV), mean-transit time (MTT) and time-to-peak (TTP), in addition to summary maps which differentiates between areas of the brain that may benefit from re-perfusion therapy. 1 each product #: NCTA860, CV Analysis Enhancement package designed for the Brilliance Workspace environment. This enhancement offers Comprehensive Cardiac Analysis (CCA) that provides simplified workflow and minimal user interaction. The cardiac analysi s tool helps to visualize coronary trees, perform detailed coronary artery evaluations and analyze ventricular function. This package includes the following: a no-click total cardiac seg; Globe View (Globe 3 Map and 2D Map); unique IVUS-like view for th e central cross-sectional cut; easy stenos is calculations; outstanding volume rendering visualization with coronary trees extraction and complete vessel visualization including its origin from the aorta for ostial morphology assessment. Slab tools (inclu ding cut planes) on volume Rendered image in cine; new and advanced LV functional assessment including bulls-eye presentation and continuous identification of C-arm angles. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This informatio n will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
