- The Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Contracts Division (Code 2.5.1.2), St. Inigoes, MD, intends to issue a firm-fixed price purchase order with Telegenix, 1930 Olney Ave , Cherry Hill , NJ 08034 to supply the PROCOM 2000 (P2K) Voice Communications Switching System (VCSS), for the Marine Corps AN/TPN-31A Air Traffic Navigation System . The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy the agency requirements. Telegenix is the only known company that can provide compatibility with equipment already in use with the Air Traffic Navigation Integration Coordination System( ATNAVICS), to ensure interoperability, form, function,and fit. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However , responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capability. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Contracts shall consider all responses. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The government reserves the right to process the procurement as a sole source basis based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
