- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4561007RC00028 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS 332311. This requirement is for the Navy Consolidated Brig, Charleston, SC 29406. This requirement is for One (1) Safety Storage Inc. Factory Mutual (FM) Approved Model ER0828 Safety Storage Building equipped with the following: Bldg, Bl-Directional, 2-HR Fire Rated, Exp Relief, Nominal Ext. Dimensions 28 Ft. Length by 8 Ft. Width by 9 Ft. High, Includes One (1) Door Sixty Wide by Eighty High on Front Wall; Three (3) Lights, Interior Explosion Proof, with 135 Watt Bulbs, Non-EP Switch, Interior UL-Listed explosion-proof incandescent light fixture with 135w lam (120v, 1.25a. 1-phase), rated for Class I Division 1, Groups C&D, Hazardous Locations, Heavy-duty glass globe with a sealed heavy-duty aluminum housing and equipped with a protective metal guard.
