- NAICS Code: 334511 NAICS Code: 334511 The purpose of this modification is to close this notice of intent for the purchase of a ThermaCAM SC640 Infra-Red Camera through FLIR Systems, Inc. It has been determined by the EPA that purchase of this camera can be made through the Federal Supply Schedule, using FLIR's GSA contract. Given the authority set forth in FAR part 8.405-6(b)(1), it has been determined that only one source, FLIR systems, is capable of responding due to the unique and specialized nature of the work. All comments and questions regarding this procurement shall be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, Cara Lynch at lynch.cara@epa.gov.
