Description: The NWIHCS VA Hospital is seeking sources for the following item: Esaote MyLab 50 Fully Digital, Portable, Color Doppler, Ultrasound System to include: (1) MyLab 50 Console System with Integrated Keyboard; (2) 17" High Resolution SVGA, CRT Monitor; (3) LA523, Triple Frequency, Linear Array Probe (12.5 to 7.5 MHz, 47mm); (4) Mitsubishi P93 Thermal Image Printer; (5) Operator's Manual; (6) Bottle of Transmission Gel; (7) All cables and connections necessary for proper installation; (8) 16.0 hours on-site training by a certified sonographer for faculty members; and (9) One Blue Phantom Thyroid Imaging and Biopsy Phantom.
