Description: Luke Air Force Base, Arizona proposes to award a contract to Positron Public Safety Sytems Corporation, 1745 Phoenix Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30349 on a sole-source basis to acquire the ALI Data Base v2.0 license, Automatic ALI Database Update, database server, installation, training and field engineering support. This initiative is being accomplished in unison with the State of Arizona, and Maricopa County Region 911 upgrades scheduled for the Fall-2007. Luke AFB Department's Public Safety Access Point does not currently provide E911 information such as location of caller, name of caller, telephone number, etc. This upgrade will enable Luke AFB's telephone system to upgrade to the Positron Viper E911 system.
