- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format contained FAR Subpart 12.6. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes shall refer ence Request for Quotes (RFQ) number W911RZ-07-T-0500. This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-08. It is the Contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provis ions. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423320 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Quotes shall include pricing CLIN0001. CLASS 6 ROADBASE Qty: 3,000 Tons 1,500 tons delivered to Range 1 and 1,500 delivered to Range 69. Approx 5 miles from the gate at Ft. Carson, Co 80913-5198.
