Description

Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Themeworks, Incorporated, High Springs, Florida, to a build diorama, panels with photo offsets and text, reader rails and all parts of the exhibit showing the XVIII Airborne Corps in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom 2000-2007. The contract is for the XVIII Airborne & Special Operations Museum, Fayetteville, NC. This is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) as unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agencys requirements and interruption in services would cause the Government harm and irreparable damage. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compet e this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, you must respond by Wednesday, 29 August 2007, 2:00 p.m EST.
