- FBCB2 Global Warfighter Operational Fielding and Sustainment Global Support Services This posting is only a pre-solicitation notice for industry comment. Industry is requested to review the Performance Work Statement (PWS)/ Statement of Work (SOW) for the Global War fighter Operational Support For Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Belo w/Blue Force Tracking (FBCB2/BFT) dated 20 August 2007, and the Sample Tasks Number 1-4. Proposal Submission Directions, Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award will be posted in the future for industry comment. Industry is encouraged to review, comment and surface any issues or concerns regarding the draft document(s). A Draft Solicitation Document (RFP) is not available and this notice is NOT a solicitation for proposals. Comments regarding the Draft PWS/SOW should be submitted to the contract speciali st by 5 September 2007. Questions or comments will be considered in the formation of the Solicitation Document. The purpose of this proposed effort is to Acquire the Fielding and Sustainment Global Support Services required to provide for the continuation of the field support of the Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) / Blue Force Tracking (BFT) Progr am. The tasks to be performed will provide multiple PM, FBCB2 customers to include A2C2S, BFT-AVN, PM, NetOpns, PM, MTS, and TRADOC, Army, Marine, Joint, and Coalition global warfighter operational support for FBCB2/BFT systems. Fielding and Sustainment G lobal Support Services are required to support the FBCB2 program in numerous locations, which include various Continental United States (CONUS) and overseas sites that include Afghanistan, Germany, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, and Iraq in support of Operation I raqi Freedom (OIF)/Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). The services to be provided include: Installation, New Equipment Training (NET), Field Service Representative (FSRs), Turn-In-Point Maintenance (TIP), Site Operations, Program Management and other relat ed program tasks This effort will be a competitively awarded five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a one-year option, on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis, with an ordering ceiling of $390M. The projected award date is 1QFY08. Draft Proposal Submission Instructions, Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award will be posted for Industry comment at a later date.
