Description: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement required for Medical Maintenance. The services to be performed under this contract are for an Digital Compact X-Ray System RadPr o RAD Model UR-1 and its associated components located at Tripler Army Medical Center Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-07-R-0130 applies. This is a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor services include but are not limited to: equipment repairs, labor, and test equipment, travel, and materials not government furnished necessary to keep the units operational to manufacturer's specifications, five (5) days per week; provide troubleshooting assistance by modem or on site as requested 24 hours per day. The contractor shall provide all software updates; provide new user manuals or update user manuals with updated changes. Contract period is for a base period (17 Sep 07 - 31 Dec 07) and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquisition is a total sm all business set aside.
