Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking-out qualified sources to submit a proposal to supply and construct a Stone Dust Trail at the Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge. Project consist of supplling and installing 567 tons of Stone Dust at 3 to 4 inch depth to complete a 5000 LF nature trail at this remote site. Davis Bacon Wage Rate No. ME20070005 applies to this work. Please submit all information (including proposed costs, terms, and conditions) to Gary Dupuis, Contracting Officer at FAX 413-253-8450, or by mail to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035. The government will review any and all proposal on a best value to the government method. Submit proposals no later than close of business September 7, 2007.
