- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 129885 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code 423320 and small business size standard of 100 employees. The following are this solicitation?s list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure Supply and Delivery of Class D crushed aggregate base in belly dumps to be spread by Forest Service Grader. Delivery is to 2 separate locations. Note: Crushed aggregate base to be in accordance with Section 703 of the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-03) For each Line Item (delivery location) offerors shall enter QUANTITY AND UNIT PRICE that totals $50,000. 01 Supply and delivery of Class D crushed aggregate base in belly dumps to 2.5 miles of Forest Service road 30N16 beginning at State Highway 36 to be spread by Forest Service grader.
