Description

(i) This is a request for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) This Solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following Solicitation Number W91F4672000005. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards  100 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 532412. (v) The items requested are as follows ITEM 1 1 EA DITCH EXCAVATION EQUIPMENT with the following specifications: 115hp diesel engine. Decal kit. Cruise control. Differential lock. Steering axle. Steer select, frame tilt. Cab with ROPS, lights, window wipers. 80 inch six way tilt backfi ll blade. 38 x 18:00-20.0 bar lug tires and wheels. Foam filled tires. Engine block heater. Front Counterweight. Auxiliary manifold kit. ITEM 2 1 EA TRAVERSING DIGGING ATTACHMENT with the following specifications: 24 inch width traversing digging attachment. Ship kit. Wear bar kit. Decal kit. Auger drive sprocket assy. Boom fit up kit. Decal kit. Standard (heavy duty) gear box. D ouble auger shaft. Right/left augers. Right/left auger bracket. Restraint bar. LTR heavy duty boom assy. Boom tube assy. Alligator digging chain (7 inch wide x 69 inch deep), Carbide digging bits. ITEM 3 1 EA BACKHOE ATTACHMENT with the following specifications: Ship kit. Decal kit. Electronic throttle control. Reversible pads. 24 inch heavy duty bucket assy. Backhoe light kit. Auxiliary step kit. ITEM 4 1 EA TRAILER with the following specifications: Must carry the above items. 16 inch tire and wheel assy. 12 volt battery. ITEM 5 SHIPPING AND HANDLING of the above items to Central Receiving Point Bldg 601, Bay 5, Fort Greely, AK 99731 POC: Hanni Marchuk. (iii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (iv) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: price and delivery time. The contract will be awar ded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.
