- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The c ombined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0724. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-14. The associated North America Industry Classification System ( NAICS) Code 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 500. This requirement is unrestricted.. The Government contemplates award of Firm-Fixed Price contract. Description of Requirements: 1) API 5000 Applied Markets Systems Package Part # 4364527 1 E A, to include API 5000 Instrumentation, Turbo V Source, Turbolon Spray Probe, APCI Probe, Analyst Software Version 1.4, Dell Precision 390 with 2.66 GHZ, 2 GB RAM, 2x250 GB HD, RAID 1 Configuration, DVD RW, Windows XP Professional, Edgeport USB Port, Dell 19 LCD Monitor; 2) Opt Line Transformer Part # 1029120 2 EA; 3) Single Syringe Pump Assembly Part # WC013873 1 EA; 4) LCMS Instrument Table Part # 1011328 1 EA; 5) Custom API Extension Card API150/2000 Part # 1004387 1 EA; 6) Gas Generator Peak NM20Z Part # 1012793 1 EA; 7) Valco Valve 10-Port, 2-Position Part # WC027522 1 EA.Delivery shall be made to Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, UT, 84022-5006. The following clauses will be incorporated by referrence: 52.209-6 Protecting the Gov ernments Interest When Subcontracting with contractors debarred, suspended or proposed for debarment; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. 52.223-11 Ozone-Depleting Substances, 52.247-34 FOB Destination. The provision at 52.212-1 Inst ruction to Offerors Commercial applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluatio n will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award on all or none basis. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and certi fication with its offer. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
