Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), contemplates issuing one or more award(s) for the storage of flu vaccines, manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur, Novartis (formerly Chiron), GlaxoSmithKline, and MedImmune, to be used as a CDC Strategic Reserve. The storage sites may be located at one or more domestic facilities that are controlled by the vaccine manufacturers or third party distributors. Quantities in the CDC Strategic Reserves may vary between as much as 30,000 doses to 200,000 doses. The estimated period of performance is 8 months. CDC will consider all responsible sources responding to the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is September 14, 2007 and the anticipated due date for receipt of proposals is October 16, 2007. It is your responsibility to keep up with additional postings, including amendments, about the RFP(s) on the Fedbizopps website.
