Description: Walk-Thru on project September 6, 2007 at 10 A.M. in the Purchasing Office. Remove exisiting shingles and felt down to exisiting deck. Replace all damage wood(deck, facial, etc.) Install one ply of #15 felt and new 25 year, type 3 tab fiberglass shingles. Remove all exhaust fans. Install ridge vents. Install new galvanized eave drip, wall flashing and counter flashing. Install new lead flashing at existing plumbing vents. Install new lead flashing at existing plumbing vents. Prime and Paint all facial to match. Need to give copy of warranty on roof to the Purchasing Department and Maintenance Department.
