Description: Contractor is to provide all labor and materials to remove and replace carpet and VCT flooring per drawings and specifications at the Amarillo VAMC. All work is to be completed after normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday). Any award made pursuant to this solicitation is done so subject to the availability of funding. All, none, or one or more Phases of this project may be awarded. Multiple awards may be made. Contractor is to price each Phase separately. Contractor must submit samples with proposals.
