- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to issue an award to IBM under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number NEDIG87141AS01. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-19. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for a service maintenance agreement for IBM equipment located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Washington, DC. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Statements will only be accepted by email.
