- USP Big Sandy intends to issue a solicitation for non-perishable subsistence supplies to be delivered to our facility located in Inez, Kentucky and to FCI Ashland, located in Ashland, Kentucky. The solicitation is available upon written request and will be electronically distributed via email or fax. Current deadline for quotes is 09/19/2007 at 02:00 pm. We anticipate making multiple awards on or about 10/01/07. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 424410 and the applicable small business size standard is 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
