Description

Project ZNRE 08/09/10/11/12-1101, Interior/Exterior Finish (IDIQ), Yokota AB & Off-Base Sites, Japan. This project is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract to provide interior/exterior finish at Yokota AB and its remote site. The performance period is Basic Year (1 Nov 07 or the date of award ? 31 Oct 08) plus four (4) Options years (1 Nov 08 - 31 Oct 09, 1 Nov 09 - 31 Oct 10, 1 Nov 10 - 31 Oct 11, & 1 Nov 11 - 31 Oct 12). The pre-proposal orientation is scheduled on 7 Sep 07, at 1000 hours at 374th Contracting Squadron (Bldg 620), Yokota AB. Please make sure to contact the POC and receive the solicitation documents before the date of the orientation. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES, WHICH IS NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
