Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of eight (8) each Air Quality Analytical, model Gasmet DX4000 Portable FTIR Gas analyzer, with 9.6 meter sample cell, beam splitter, AR ZnSe cell windows, Mct detector, Calmet software, reference library, manuals and CD. (Brand Name or Equal), equal to or greater. See FAR clause n umber 52.211-6. Note: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Air Quality Analytical, Inc., 8310 Cliffsage Avenue, Austin, Tx., 78720-4084. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302- 1, supplies, services and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Spporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. Submit written offers (oral offerers will not be accepted), on W911S6-07-T- 0097. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classificati on Standard 334516 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
