- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating a procurement for the purchase and delivery of an Agilent Multimode ESI/APCI Ionization Source for LC/MS; Stock # G19 78A (2 EA) and Agilent APPI Ionization Source for LC/MS; Stock # G1971A. . THIS IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demons trate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0109. All firms or individuals responding must be regis tered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 339111 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
