Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 3 each, Hammond 1414 Series JIC Enclosure, pn 1414N4PHL6, external height 12 in, external width 12 in, external depth 6 in, gray color, RoHS Compliant; 3 each, Rohde & Schwarz FSH6-N with the following options: FSH6 6GHz handheld spectrum analyzer; FSH-K1 Remote Control Capability; FSH-Z25 Soft Carry Bag; FSH-Z37 USB Interface Cab le; External AC Power Supply; Operating Manual; Headphones and CD Rom with remote control software and documentation; 3 each, GMS P60x SBC: full-up with 1GZx Celeron M with 512KB cache CPU with Dual Gigabit and less RAM, 95-739-0 P601-1GHz; 1GB DDR-266 PC2 100 SO-DIMM DDR memory module with ECC, 86-276-0, RAM-1GBS-DDR2E; P60xBO, Breakout, 4 in x 4 in breakout module, mates directly to P60x module (3mm stacking), 95-737-0, P60x-BO; 80GB (or larger), 2.5 in Hard Disk Drive mounted on plate then onto P60x, 72-1 19-0, MIDE-80GB/2,5; 3 each, 20 to 6000+ MHz Omni Tectical Antenna for High Vibration Applications, SAS-260HV-10; Single Diplexed RF connector; input power 5W; input connector type N; Size less than 19 in tall x less than 18 in diameter; unit supplied with ABS radome; 3 each, Garmin GPS 18 LVC, pn 010-00321-51, complete with non-volatile memory for storage of configuration information, a real-time clock and raw measurement output data for sophisticated customer applications; bare wire for connection to vari ous applications; output data in NMEA 0183 format or Garmin format; provides a pulse-per-second logic-level output with a rising edge aligned to within 1 microsecond of UTC time. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The NAICS code is 334515. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-p rice. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluatio n of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above).
