Description

NOTICE: 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE The National Park Service has a requirement to purchase fabricated custom tracks to replace existing cattle guards at Kalaupapa National Historic Park. Delivery will be FOB-Kamaka Air, Honolulu, HI 96819 within 60 days after receipt of order. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement open to all responsible small business concerns. Evaluation of commercial items will be in accordance with FAR provision 52.212-1. Quotes will be reviewed to determine which one represents the greatest value, price and other facotrs considered. Quotes will be evaluated on 1) Ability to meet the technical requirements. (Provide documentation from two similar projects). 2) Demonstrated ability to meet delivery schedule (Provide a minimum of three references to doc ument delivery schedules on projects of similar scope). 3) Price. The evaluation criteria are listed in descending order of importance. Price will be a factor in the award decision, although the award may not necessarily be made to that offeror submitting the lowest price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332322 and the related small business size is 500 employees. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) and attachments will be available via electronic commerce and may be accessed on/about September 10, 2007 at www.fedbizopps.gov. The due date for receipt of offers is September 17, 2007. The Government reserves the right to cancel this announcement and or solicitation.
