Description
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR RADIOS AND FIRST RESPONDER VEHICLE EQUIPMENT 1. NSA Mid-South radio communications and first responder (Fire and Security) vehicle equipments are mission critical to the operations of the installation. Radios and vehicle equipment must be 100 percent operational capability. Vehicle equipment will include sirens, light bars, wig wags, hazard lights, loud speakers, and control/switch units. Radio equipment includes all hand held and mobile radios, dispatch radios, vehicle antennas, repeaters and repeater antennas. Radios include antenna and hand microphones. 2. The contractor needs to provide, at a minimum, 4-hour response time to all trouble calls during normal working hours (0730 ? 1600) and a reasonable response time if an emergency occurs during non-work hours. Contract will include all costs associated with labor and parts repair/replacement. Repairs to this identified equipment should be immediate and regular maintenance conducted annually. Routine maintenance and testing of radios should include, at least once annually, a physical inspection of each radio to ensure frequencies on each channel are correct and radio is in proper operating condition. At the award of this contract immediate inspection and maintenance of each radio is required. Contractor will be required to show that inspection and maintenance checks were performed. Physical Security Officer will be the contract oversight manager. 3. The following is a list of assigned vehicles: Security 6 Patrol Units 2 Pickup Trucks 2 Vans 1 Mobile Response Unit Fire 2 Fire Response Units 1 Hazmat Truck 1 Fire Inspector Pick-up 4. The following is a list of assigned radios and peripheral equipments with model numbers: BRAND: KENWOOD HAND HELDS: 122 TK290 MOBILE: 29 TK 760G SPECIAL OPS HAND HELD: 5 TK 2160 REPEATERS: 1 TKR 720--- 3 TKR 750-2 POWER SUPPLIES FOR ALL REPEATERS AND BASE UNITS SOW SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS 1. NSA Mid-South Camera Surveillance System provides 24x7 monitoring and recording capabilities for all entry points to installation, inspection lane and certain critical asset locations. It also provides immediate Security response to incidents at those points and needs to remain at 100 percent operational capability 2. This SOW is for the purchase, delivery, installation and testing of new equipment to be attached to our existing Camera Surveillance System. The contractor needs to provide 2 surveillance cameras with camera housings at Post 1 to be directed across Navy Rd. Cameras will be pan-tilt-zoom and correspond with existing cameras currently on Digit Sentry Operating System. Contractor will also provide 2 fixed cameras with camera housings, one at Post 1 Guard building and 1 at Post 2 Guard Building and provide one way audio transmission back to server for storage and retrieval. Cameras will also be required to operate with existing system. Contractor will also provide 1 fixed camera with camera housing in the Dispatch Center attached to the overhead and will function with current camera system. All installations will include labor, wiring and any peripheral equipments necessary to complete the installation. Installation will include camera to monitoring point connection, testing and any required training for operation of equipment. Contractor will also be required to make any necessary software changes to server operating system to correspond with installation of new equipment. 3.
