- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to Applied Companies 28020 Avenue Stanford Santa Clarita CA 91355 for 20 ea P/N 70059 Soft Start Compressor Contactor; 20 ea P/N 70002 Evaporator Fan Contactor; and 20 ea P/N 70088 Condenser Soft Start Contactor. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government.
