- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Saltus Daz -T 100 Electric torque wrenches; part number 3450160100 brand name or equal, which also includes the cable that supports communication between wrench and computer. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00253-07-T-0260 is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-19 are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333991 and has a size standard of 500. The government prefers FOB destination pricing to Keyport, WA 98345 -7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing,(2) complete all Required Information, Representations and Certifications, and Buy American Act Certification. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov.
