- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources to provide 520 bags of sodium fluoride, 20/40/mesh, 50 lb bags. Delivery of 43 ? 44 bags per month, FOB destination to MCBH. The contract will be for a one year base period with three one year options. The base period will begin on 1 October 2007. This procurement is unrestricted. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-07-T-0226. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS and the small business size standard for this procurement is 325998 and 500 employees respectively. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. Evaluation and award will be made to the responsible quoter submitting the low cost, technically acceptable quotation. The Government will evaluate quotes for award purposes by adding the to tal price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
