- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security-Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG) intends to issue a solicitation for Publication of the PCIE/ECIE report. The NAICS code is 711510 and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation will result in a performance based, firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four, one-year options. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for eligible Service ?Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. The solicitation will be posted on or before August 30, 2007. The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services for the preparation and publication of an update on the PCIE/ECIE IG community?s oversight of Gulf Coast hurricane recovery. Preparation services shall include assistance with canvassing the OIG?s of the PCIE/ECIE community, retrieving their inputs, and working with them to finalize their inputs into a final product. It is planned that there will be two (2) semiannual PCIE/ECIE reports for the base year and four (4) optional years. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification services as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
