Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to the City of Chiloquin for connecting the Chiloquin Ranger District's office to the City's water utility system. This requirement will be procured in accordance to FAR 6.302-1 where The City of Chiloquin has been identified as the single provider of the required services. A RFP will not be posted to Fedbizops and the Government intends to negotiate directly with the City of Chiloquin. All comments or questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer listed below
