Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)/NOAA Commissioned Corp intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 252(c)(1) this acquisition will be conducted utilizing the procedures in FAR Subpart 12 and FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(a1)(i) with Graco Awards Manufacturing Inc. The Government anticipates the award of purchase NOAA Commissioned Corp Service Medals and Ribbons for NOAA Commissioned Corp Officers on a firm fixed price basis. A formal Request for Quotation is currently not available. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999 and business size standard is $6M. All responsible sources may submit a statement of technical capabilities which shall be considered by the agency. Information submitted in response to this notice must be in sufficient detail to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Responses from this notice may be submitted via email to Juanita Beck at juanita.beck@noaa.gov , no later then September 4, 2007. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reference: DG1330-07-RQ-0011 in your response.
