Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION NOTICE NUMBER NHLBI-PB(HL)-2007-206P-DCH. The combined solicitation synopsis is herein amended to change the proposal receipt date to September 21, 2007, 5:00 p.m. at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, Office of Acquisitions, Procurement Branch, 6701 Rockledge Drive, Suite 6042, Bethesda, Maryland 20892-7902. Attention Debra C. Hawkins, Contracting Officer, (301) 435-0367. Proposals may be submitted electronically to hawkinsd@nhlbi.nih.gov or by FAX to (301) 480-3345. The electronic transmission and fax transmission must reference the solicitation number: NHLBI-PB(HL)-2007-206P-DCH. A pre-proposal site visit will be held during the week of September 17, 2007, at the delivery and installation location. The site visit is limited to two (2) attendees per perspective offeror and is not expected to exceed two hours. The perspective offeror is required to submit any questions in writing to the Contracting Officer not later that twenty-four hours preceding the site visit. The perspective offeror must contact the Contracting Officer to obtain the exact date and time of the site visit and to confirm its attendance. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
