- The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Milan, Michigan is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for one Substitute Catholic Spiritual Leader to provide instruction for inmates participating in the Bureau of Prisons, Residential Life Connections program. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year and four option years. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible company or individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The estimated quantities for the base period and each option year is 212 sessions per year. Quoters must specifically identify the individual that will be performing these services under any subsequent award. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. A session is defined as one hour. ?The solicitation will be available on or after ?August 28, 2007?, and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. The anticipated receipt of quotes is September 25, 2007. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
