Description

The ALEDA E. LUTZ VA MEDICAL CENTER, Saginaw, Michigan is seeking to lease space to establish a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for Primary Care in Clare, MI for use by Tenant personnel, furnishings and equipment. This will be a full service lease for a base period of five (5) years, plus one (1) five-year option. 7,000 to 8,750 rentable square feet will be required. Space must be contiguous. The property must be within the Clare city limits, with area boundaries of: NORTH: McGuirk St.; SOUTH: Industrial Dr.; EAST: N. Isabella Rd.; WEST: S. Grant Ave.; and have suitable parking, i.e., a parking garage or lot with a minimum of 50 parking spaces, with six (6) handicapped spaces. All services and utilities to be provided by the Lessor include, all building maintenance and repairs. heat and electricity, air conditioning, water, sewage service, snow removal, trash removal, janitorial service and supplies, window washing, painting, and carpet or floor cleaning. Offers shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on September 28, 2007 to the Contracting Officer, NIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46805.
