Description

The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, 619 S. Marion Ave., Lake City, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Arthrex, 3050 N. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their intent and capability to respond to the requirement no later than August 31, 2007, to be considered. Offerors must provide technical information which provides proof of the capability to meet or exceed the quality of the Arthrex surgical instrumentation. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
