- This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, MBITR ? Multiband Inter/Intra Team Radio, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This Request for Quotation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 334220. The small business size standard for NACIS 334220 is 750 employees. Structure contract line item numbers (CLIN) as follows: 2 each, Handheld Two-Way Radio. The requested item/description is below. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently. Award Basis: Best Value.
