- The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends too award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA6675-07-T-0020 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070212. This solicitation is unrestricted, subject to FAR Subpart 19.10, ?Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, with a size standard of $13,000,000. BID SCHEDULE: Installation of Telecommunications Equipment in USAF Aircraft Maintenance Facility. Tasks to be quoted: (1) Installation of government provided telecommunications support equipment; (2) Tying telecommunication fiber optic strands and cooper cable into the existing Local Area Network; (3) Tying telephone support equipment into the Navy owned Nortel Meridian 81C Digital Electronic Telephone Switch; See attachment for complete Statement of Work or contract POC for copy if cannot download from FEDBIZ Ops site. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: This solicitation is currently unfunded. Award will only be made once funding becomes available. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Submitted quote must include the following: (1) the solicitation or reference number; (2) the time specified in the synopsis/solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) the name, address and telephone number of the offeror; (4) the price and discount terms (quote FOB Destination); (5) remit to address, if different than the mailing address; (6) warranty information; (7) estimated delivery date; and, (8) acknowledgment of solicitation amendments, if any, or acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer for at least 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.
