Description

This is a notice of intent of the Directorate of Contracting, Presidio of Monterey, CA to award an interim two-month non-personal services contract for Audio-Visual Products and Services. This interim contract is for the purpose of allowing additio nal evaluation time required for the award of a similar requirement that is currently in process. Services include Audio-Visual, Photo Lab and Electronic Maintenance Service. This reprocurement will be a sole source, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanti ty type contract with fixed price CLINs. Negotiations are to be conducted solely with AVC Satellite TV, LP under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The anticipated date of award is 31 August 2007. Thi s is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 13.5 will be used. The performance period will be 1 September 2007 through 31 October 2007, with no options. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 512110.
